**rental begins at 10am the day before
your event with check out at 9am the day after your event and
includes the use of the venue for decorating, rehearsal, and/or
rehearsal dinner and the use of all three cabins for overnight
accommodations
- 50% non-refundable down payment, due at time of booking
- 25% payment due 6 months prior to rental date and final 25%
payment due 45 days prior to rental date
- We accept cash, personal and cashier’s checks, and all major
credit cards; payments can be made online, in person or over the
phone

- Overnight accommodations – $1,000
to include the following:
- The Cotton House – includes 4 sets
of bunk beds, kitchenette, and full bath with shower
- The Seed House – includes 2 sets of bunk beds, kitchenette,
and full bath with shower
- The Scale House – includes a queen-size bed, kitchenette,
and full bath with shower
**applies to the day of your event, with checkout being 9am the
day after

- Decorating + Rehearsal + $1,000
