  • Friday – $6,000
  • Saturday – $8,000
  • Sunday – $5,000
  • Weekday – $3,500
    **all day rental from 10am-12am and includes the use of all three cabins during the allocated time
     
  • Thurs/Fri 48-hour package – $7,500
  • Fri/Sat 48-hour package – $12,000
    **rental begins at 10am the day before your event with check out at 9am the day after your event and includes the use of the venue for decorating, rehearsal, and/or rehearsal dinner and the use of all three cabins for overnight accommodations
     
  • 50% non-refundable down payment, due at time of booking
  • 25% payment due 6 months prior to rental date and final 25% payment due 45 days prior to rental date
  • We accept cash, personal and cashier’s checks, and all major credit cards; payments can be made online, in person or over the phone

Add-Ons

  • Overnight accommodations – $1,000
    to include the following:
    • The Cotton House – includes 4 sets of bunk beds, kitchenette, and full bath with shower
    • The Seed House – includes 2 sets of bunk beds, kitchenette, and full bath with shower
    • The Scale House – includes a queen-size bed, kitchenette, and full bath with shower
      **applies to the day of your event, with checkout being 9am the day after
  • Rehearsal - $500
  • Decorating + Rehearsal + $1,000
    **cannot be confirmed any earlier than 45 days before your event

  • Additional space to include a wrap-around terrace
  • Accommodations for 300+ guests seated indoors and 500+ guests for standing-room events
  • Caterer’s kitchen with separate service entrance and parking
  • Portable bar with the ability to be stationed indoors or outdoors
  • Multiple ceremony options, including outdoor spaces
  • Parking lot that can accommodate up to 200 vehicles
  • Additional space to include The Cotton House, The Seed House, and The Scale House for use as bride/groom dressing rooms, family gathering areas, etc.
  • Industrial-style chairs
  • 60″ round tables (50), 8×30” rectangle tables (50), 48” round tables (4), and 30” round cocktail tables (10)
  • On-site property manager available during all events
